Meet our Director!
My name is Kendra Robb, and I have been serving as the Director of the Child Development Center at St. Paul’s since August 2020. I am truly grateful and excited to be part of this community and feel honored to be entrusted with such an important role in the lives of the children and families we serve.
I am also a proud mother of three daughters—Trinity (15), Serenity (14), and DJ (10)—who have enriched my life in countless ways and continue to inspire my passion for working with children and families.
I have been passionate about working with children since I was a young girl. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages and growing within the field of Early Childhood Education—from teaching Sunday School, to earning my Bachelor’s degree in ECE, to serving as a Lead Teacher in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms for over 10 years.
I am committed to going above and beyond for families by meeting their individual needs and building strong, supportive relationships. I believe that each child is unique, and I value their strengths, interests, and abilities as the foundation for meaningful learning experiences.
I strongly believe that children learn best through play, and I am passionate about creating play-based environments that allow for authentic observation, growth, and development.
I am dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth and take pride in mentoring and developing educators. I intentionally cultivate a positive, supportive work environment where teachers feel valued, empowered, and equipped to provide high-quality education. I believe that strong leadership and supported educators are the foundation of exceptional care and learning for every child.
